The District Chief Executive, Hon. Rebecca Chissah, has distributed chickens and feed to farmers across the constituency to support local livelihoods and boost agricultural productivity.

The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen food production and improve economic outcomes within the district. Beneficiary farmers received the items under a coordinated process led by Ward Coordinators, Branch Chairmen, and Assembly Members, who are overseeing implementation and monitoring at the local level.

This intervention aligns with the government’s flagship agricultural programme and is expected to enhance poultry production while creating sustainable income opportunities for farmers.
